Being a by-law to repeal certain Part Lot Control
By-laws respecting various lots in Plans 40M-1272 and
40M-1333, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P.13, s.50,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 1848/84 and 2157/86 respecting Lots 3244, Plan 40M-1272, Picketing, are hereby
repealed; and
2. By-laws 2017/85, 2037/85, 2061/85, 2090/85, 2101/85, 2134/85, 2164/86, 2217/86, 2265/86,
2322/86 respecting the remainder of Lots 61 and 87, and Lots 62-65, 76-78, 84-86, 88, 95-99,
110, 111, and Blocks 125-132, Plan 40M-1333, Picketing, are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a fin:st, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of April 1993.
