BY-LAW NUMBER 4182/93
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2497/87, which amended Restricted Area
(Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of
Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, Part of Lot 31, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession, in the Town of PickeTing. (A 30/92)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2497/87,
amending By-law 3036, as amended, to permit the establishment of a business office use in Part
of Lot 31, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, in the Town of PickeTing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to permit the development of a professional office in Part of Lot 31, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession, specifically being Part of Lot 10, Plan 230;
AND WHEREAS an Amendment to By-law 2497/87, is therefore deemed necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACIS AS FOLLOWS:
1. TEXT AMENDMENTS
Section 5.(5)(a) of By-law 2497/87 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following item:
(ii) professional office
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof, subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
