BY-LAW NO. 4176/93
Being a by-law to dedicate tlmt part of Lot 33,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 6 and 7,
Plan 40R-12948; Block 52, Plan 40M-1508, Pickering;
and Block 63, Plan 40M-1700, Pickering, as public
highway (Westcreek Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 33, Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-12948; Block 52, Plan 40M-1508, Pickering; and
Block 63, Plan 40M-1700, Picketing and wishes to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The following lands are hereby dedicated as public highway (Westcreek Drive):
(a) that part of Lot 33, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 6 and 7, Plan
40R- 12948;
(b) Block 52, Plan 40M-1508, Pickering; and
(c) Block 63, Plan 40M-1700, Picker'mg.
