BY-LAW NUMBER 4169/93
Being a by-law to establish an
honorarium for Members of the
Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 44(9) of the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1990, c P.13, the members of the Committee of
Adjustment shall be paid such compensation as the council
may provide;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERiNG HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The remuneration payable to a Member of the Committee
of Adjustment shall be $55.00 per meeting.
2. Section 19 of By-law Number 2972/88 as amended by
By-law Number 3932/92 is hereby repealed.
3. This by-law shall take effect as of January 1, 1993.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 15th day of February, 1993.
