BY-LAW 4167/93
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 127, 134 and 135,
Plan 40M-1232, Pickering as public highway
(Amberwood Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 127, 134 and 135, Plan
40M-1232, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 127, 134 and 135, Plan 40M-1232, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Amberwood Crescent).
BY-LAW read a fhtst, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of February, 1993.
