BY-LAW NO, 4153/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
a Development Agreement respecting Part Lot 21, Plan
818, Pickering (Part 2, Plan 40R-5460; Mary Edith
Deans)
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between the Town of Pickering and Mary
Edith Deans dated April 23, 1980 and registered April 23, 1980 as Instrument No. D106508;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picker'mg HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated April 23, 1980 and registered April 23, 1980 as Instrument
No. D106508 respecting Part Lot 21, Plan 818, Picketing (Part 2, Plan 40R-5460; Mary Edith
Deans).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of February, 1993.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges
MARY EDITH DEANS
her successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action which
may have arisen, are axising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
April 23, 1980 and registered as Instrument No. D106508 on April 23, 1980, between

and
MARY EDITH DEANS
concerning that part of Lot 21, Plan 818, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R~5460.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 1st day of February, 1993.
