BY-LAW N't.~Ep,, 4146/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting
heavy traffic on Barry Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap.
M. 45, s. 210.123, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Ptckertng HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following:
Barry Drive from Sheppard Avenue to Edmund Drive
2. This by-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the
Council of The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional
Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. R.8, s.34.
