BY-LAW NO. 5596/99
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 17 and 18,
Plan 40M-1981, Pickering, (Sparrow Circle) as
public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 17 and 18, Plan
40M- 1981, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 17, Plan 40M-1981, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sparrow
Circle).
Block 18, Plan 40M-1981, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sparrow
Circle).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of December, 1999.
