BY-LAWNO. 5595 /99 '
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 7,
Plan 40R-17520 as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Picketing, designated as Part 7, Plan 40R-17520 and wishes to dedicate it as
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 7, Plan 40R-17520 is
hereby dedicated as public highway.
2. By-law 5047/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of December, 1999.
