BY-LAW NO. 5594 /99
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6
and 8, Plan 40R-17520 (Acorn Lane) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6 and 8, Plan 40R-17520 and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Parts 6 and 8, Plan 40R-
17520 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Acorn Lane).
2. By-law 5047/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of December, 1999.
