BY-LAW NO. 5585/99
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 26, Plan 40M-
1827, (Sparrow Circle) as a public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 26, Plan 40M-
1827, Pickering (Sparrow Circle) and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the coUncil of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 26, Plan 40M-1827, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Sparrow
Circle).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of December, 1999.
