BY-LAW NO. 5570/.-99
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
regulating parking, standing and stopping on
highways and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, sections 218.52, 210.73,
210.123-126, 210.131, 310, 314.7 and 314.8, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and on municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following items:
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and
Days
Oklahoma Drive North and 50 metres east of West Shore 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
South Boulevard and 120 metres east Monday to Friday
of West Shore Boulevard
Schedule B to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following items:
Highway Side Between/And Prohibited Times and
Days
Breezy Drive West and Sunrise Avenue and West Shore See Note 1
South Boulevard

Schedule A to By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following items:
