BY-LAW NO. 55 6 2/99
Being a by-law to name that part of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5,
Plan 40R-18149 (Nuthatch StreeO.
WHEREAS pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The road comprising that part of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5,
Plan 40R-18149 is hereby named (Nuthatch Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1999.
