BY-LAW NO. 5 5 61/99
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5,
Plan 40R-18149 (Nuthatch StreeO as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 20,
Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-18149 and wishes to dedicate it as
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 20, Concession 8, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-18149 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Nuthatch Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1999.
