BY-LAW NO. 55 (~o/99
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 181, Plan 40M-
1810, Pickering, (Stroud's Lane) as public
highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 181, Plan 40M-
1810, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 181, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Stroud's
Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1999.
