BY-LAW NO. 5 5 5 9 / 9 9
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 4 and 5 and Blocks 7
and 11, Plan 40M-1981, Pickering, from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council
of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a
plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council
FOLLOWS:
of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as
follows:
Lots 1, 4 and 5 and Blocks 7 and 11, Plan 40M-1981, Pickering.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date of the passing of
this by-law and shall expire on April 4, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of October, 1999.
