BY-LAW NO. 5535/99
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1, 2, 8, 9, 13 and 14, Plan 40M-
1943, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council
of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a
plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the
FOLLOWS:
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described as
follows:
Lots 1, 2, 8, 9, 13 and 14, Plan 40M-1943, Pickering.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date of the passing of
this by-law and shall expire on January 20, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of July, 1999.
