BY-LAW NO. 5533/99
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40M-1956,
Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the council of the
municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of
subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, does not apply to the lands described as follows:
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40M-1956, Pickering.
2. This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date of the passing of this by-
law and shall expire on January 20, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of July, 1999.
