BY-LAW NO. 5520/99
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 30,
Concession 4, Pickering designated as Part 13, Plan
40R-18997 as public highway (Golf Club Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 30, Concession 4,
Picketing, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-18997 (Golf Club Road) and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That Part of Lot 30, Concession 4, Picketing, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-18997 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Golf Club Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th day of June, 1999.
