BY-LAW NO. 5517/99
Being a by-law to dedicate those Parts of Block
37, Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, designated as
Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-19152 (Squires Beach
Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Block 37,
Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-19152 and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Block 37, Plan 40M-1552, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan
40R~ 19152 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Squires Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th day of June, 1999.
