BY-LAW NO. 5516/99
Being a by-law to dedicate those Parts of Block
35, Plan 40M-1919, Pickering, designated as
Parts 2 and 3, Plan 40R-19037 (Falconwood
Way) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Block 35,
Plan 40M-1919, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan 40R-19037 and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Block 35, Plan 40M-1919, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan
40R-19037 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Falconwood Way).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th day of June, 1999.
