Being a by-law to dedicate those Parts of Lot 12,
Plan 819, designated as Parts 5 and 6, Plan 40R-
17407 and Parts 1, Plan RD147, Picketing, as
public highway (Stroud's Lane), and Lot 19, Plan
819, designated as Part 11, Plan RD147,
Picketing, as public highway (Stroud's Lane) and
that Part of Lot 12, Plan 819, designated as Part 4,
Plan 40R-17407, Pickering as public highway
(Fa&port Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the Owner of those Parts of Lot 12,
Plan 819, designated as Parts 5 and 6, Plan 40R-17407 and Part 1, Plan RD 147, Pickering,
(Stroud's Lane) and Lot 19, Plan 819, designated as Part 11, Plan RD 147, Pickering, (Stroud's
Lane) and that Part of Lot 12, Plan 819, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-17407, Pickering
(Fairport Road) as public highway and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBy
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Part Lot 12, Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Parts 5 and 6, Plan 40R-17407 and Part 1,
Plan RD 147 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Stroud's Lane).
Part Lot 12, Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-17407 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
Lot 19, Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Part 11, Plan RD 147 is hereby dedicated as
public highway (Stroud's Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of June, 1999.
