BY-LAW NO. 5 4 91/9 9
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 210, Plan 40M-1896,
Pickering, as public highway (Wildflower Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 210, Plan 40M-1896,
Picketing, (Wildflower Drive) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 210, Plan 40M-1896, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Wildflower
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May, 1999.
