BY-LAW NO. 5483/99
Being a by-law to dedicate that Part of Block 28, Plan
40M-1254, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-
7581 as public highway (Stroud's Lane).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that Part of Block 28, Plan 40M-
1254, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-7581 (Stroud's Lane) and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Part of Block 28, Plan 40M-1254, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-7581 (Stroud's
Lane) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of April, 1999.
