BY-LAW NO. 5482/99
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 31, Plan 40M-1892,
Pickering, as public highway (Sandhurst Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 31, Plan 40M-1892,
Picketing, (Sandhurst Crescent) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 31, Plan 40M-1892, Picketing, (Sandhurst Crescent) is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of April, 1999.
