BY-LAW NO. 5467/99
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 28,
Range 3, B.F.C., designated as Parts 6 and 7,
Plan 40R-18371 and those parts of Lot 6,
Registered Plan 456 and part of Lot 28, Range 3,
B.F.C., designated as Parts 9 and 11, Plan 40R-
183 71 as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 28,
Range 3, B.F.C., designated as Parts 6 and 7, Plan 40R-18371 and those parts of Lot 6,
Registered Plan 456 and part of Lot 28, Range 3, B.F.C., designated as Parts 9 and 11, Plan 40R-
18371 as public highway and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
those parts of Lot 28, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering, designated as Parts 6
and 7, Plan 40R-18371 are hereby dedicated as public highway ("Delta Boulevard"); and
those parts of Lot 6, Registered Plan 456 and Lot 28, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
Pickering, designated as Parts 9 and 11, Plan 40R-18371 are hereby dedicated as public
highway ("Delta Boulevard").
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th day of March, 1999.
