BY-LAW NO. 5429/98
Being a by-law to dedicate those Parts of Lot 25,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 7 and 9,
Plan 40R-15364 as public highway (Cloudberry Court).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those Parts of Lot 25,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 7 and 9, Plan 40R-15364 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 25, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 7 and 9, Plan 40R-15364 are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Cloudberry Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of December, 1998.
