BY-LAW NO. 5428/98
Being a by-law to exempt Block 30, Plan 40M-1689,
Pickering, from part lot control
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Block 30, Plan 40M-1689, Picketing.
This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of six months from the date of the
passing of this by-law and shall expire on June 21, 1999.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of December, 1998.
