BY-LAW NO. 5 4 0 7/9 8
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Transfer of Easement to The Corporation of the Town
of Pickering from Tomasino Bruno Levato and June
Levato and Marshall Homes Corporation over that
part of Lot 6, Plan 282, Piekering, designated as Part
l, Plan 40R-18291 and that part of Lot 6, Plan 282,
Picketing, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-18274.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing requires an easement for storm drainage purposes
over that part of Lot 6, Plan 282, Picketing, being Part 1, Plan 40R-18291 and that part of Lot 6, Plan
282, Picketing, being Part 6, Plan 40R-18274;
AND WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 193(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
chapter 302, the Council of a Corporation may pass by-laws for acquiring interest in lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, from Tomasino Bruno Levato and June Levato to The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 6, Plan 282, Picketing, being Part 1,
Plan 40R- 18291.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement in the form
attached hereto as Schedule B, from Marshall Homes Corporation to The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 6, Plan 282, Picketing, being Part 6, Plan 40R-18274.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of November, 1998.
