BY-LAW NO, 4546/94
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 33,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 4 and 5,
Plan 40R-12948 (Westcreek Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 33,
Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 4 and 5, Plan 40R-12948 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 33, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 4 and 5, Plan 40R-12948 are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Westcreek Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 1994.
