BY-LAW NO.4544/94
Being a by-law to name those parts of Lol 9, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Parts 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23,
Plan 40R-11206 (Waterford Gate).
WHEREAS, those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23,
Plan 40R-11206 have been dedicated as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The road comprising those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 18, 19, 20, 21,
22 and 23, Plan 40R-11206 is hereby named Waterford Gate.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 1994.
