HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4542/94 THE CORPOR. fiTION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 4 5 4 2/9 4 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer/Deed of Land respecting the conveyance by the Town of those parts of Lot 27, Range 3, B.F.C, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R- 15853, to The Incumbent and Churchwardens of St. Paul's on the Hill, Dunbarton. WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 27, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-15853; and WHEREAS, the Town no longer requires this land for its own purposes; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer/Deed of Land in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, respecting the conveyance of those parts of Lot 27, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-15853 to The Incumbent and Churchwardens of St. Paul's on the Hill, Dunbarton.
