Being, a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 12, Plan
282, designated as Parts 20 and 22, Plan 40R-11205
(Oakburn Stree0 as public highway (LDlO/94 and
LDI I/94).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Parts 20 and 22, Plan 40R-11205 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 20 and 22, Plan 40R-11205 are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 1994.
