Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Release of a
Site Plan~Development Agreetnent between the Town and
fi. DS. Investments Limited respecting Blocks 7, 8, 9 and
10, Plan 40M-1231, Pickering.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title a cloud respecting certain lands within a Site Plan/
Development Agreement between the Town of Pickering and J.D.S. Investments Limited;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan/Development Agreement dated November 20, 1981, and registered
as Instrument Number LT139432, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
J.D.S. Investments Limited, insofar as it relates to Blocks 7, 8, 9 and 10, Plan 40M-1231,
Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of December, 1994.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,

their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions
or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an
