V,q~ereas pursuant to the provision of sec6on 150) of the Police Services Act., R.S.O. 1990, chapter PIS, as amended, the cou~'d of any municipality or trustees of any police vill~e may appoint one or more mun/cipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace officers for the purpose of enforc'mg the by-laws of the municipai/ty or police village; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following persons are hereby appointed as municipal law enforcement officers in ~d for the Town of Picketing and ate hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon lands municipally known as 1355 Kingston Road - Pickerin~ Town Centre, in order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said By-law: Mark Fullerton Chris Glover 2. The authority granted in section I hereto is specifically lhn~ted to that set out in section I, and shall not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1. 3. This appointment shall expire upon the persons appointed in section I hereof ceasin~ to be an employee of Pickering Town Centre. By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed thisx~ day of ,]o¢r e~Zt~., 1994. Clerk
