BY-LAW NO. 4527/94
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1562/82 temporarily
closing roads for construction purposes (Rosebank Road
and Foxwood Trail).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the predecessor of section 208.43 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
1562/82, providing for the temporary closing of roads under the jurisdiction of the Town for
construction purposes, and it is necessary to amend that By-law in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto the Items set out in
Schedule I to this by-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.

'EMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE:
Foxwood Trail - from the intersection at Rosebank Road to Laurier Crescent ( West
Intersection).
Road closed from October 24, 1994 to December 2, 1994.
ONSTRUCTION DURATION:
Approximately 6 weeks.
ONSTRUCTION INCLUDES:
Installation of Sanitary & Service Connections
· On Rosebank Road, at the intersection of Foxwood Trail, to service new
development.
Installation of New Storm & Service Connections
· On Rosebank Road, at the intersection of Foxwood Trail, to service new
development.
Replacement of Slorm Sewer
· On Foxwood Trail, at the intersection of Rosebank Road to Laurier Crescent (
West Intersection), to replace existing storm sewer.
Road Reconstruction and Restoration (granular base, asphalt, and curb/gutter)
· On Rosebank Road, at the intersection of Foxwood Trail, and along Foxwood
Trail, to Laurier Crescent, to improve and/or restore the road to its previous
condition (for development of 18T-88074 - Phase 3 - Bramelea Inc.).
