BY-LAW NO. 4523/94
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting Block 56, Plan 40M-
1480, Pickering.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and 448404
Ontario Limited dated January 20, 1993 and registered on January 26, 1993 as Instrument No.
LT629291;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated January 20, 1993 and registered January 26, 1993 as
Instrument No. LT629291, between The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and 448404
Ontario Limited, respecting Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges

its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or
causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an
Agreement registered as Instrument No. LT629291 on January 26, 1993, between

and
448404 ONTARIO LIMITED
concerning Block 56, Plan 40M-1480, Pickering.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate seal
attested by its properly authorized officers this 17th day of October, 1994.
