BY-LAW NO. 4521/94
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block M-I, Plan
M-1059, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-15823 (Parkside
Drive) as public highway (LD 197/94).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block M-l, Plan M-
I 059, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-15823 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block M-I, Plan M-1059, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-15823 is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Parkside Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.
