BY-LAW NO. 4516/94
Being a by-law to name the road allowance comprising
that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Pickering,
designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-15031, and that
part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Pickering, previously
designated as Parts 3 and 5, Plan 40R-15031, and now
designated as Parts 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-15836, as
"Lytton Court".
WHEREAS that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R~
15031, and that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Picketing, previously designated as Parts 3 and 5, Plan
40R-15031, and now designated as Parts 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-15836, has been dedicated as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The road allowance comprising,
(a) that part of Block 5, Plan 40M- ! 326, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R- 15031;
and
(b) that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Picketing, previously designated as Parts 3 and 5,
Plan 40R-15031, and now designated as Parts 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-15836,
is hereby named "Lytton Court".
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.
