BY-LAW NO. 4515/94
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 5, Plan
40M-1326, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan
40R-15031, and that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326,
Pickering, previously designated as Parts 3 and 5, Plan
40R-15031, and now designated as Parts 9, 10, 11 and
12, Plan 40R-15836 (Lytton CourO.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-
1326, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-15031, and that part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326,
Picketing, previously designated as Parts 3 and 5, Plan 40R-15031, and now designated as Parts 9, 10,
11 and 12, Plan 40R-15836, and wishes to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-15031, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Lytton Court).
2. That part of Block 5, Plan 40M-1326, Picketing, previously designated as Pans 3 and 5, Plan
40R-15031, and now designated as Pans 9, 10, 11 and 12, Plan 40R-15836, is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Lytton Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.
