BY-LAW NO. 4512/94
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lots 31, 45 and
46, Plan 12. Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3,
Plan 40R-15816, as public highway (Franklin StreeO.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lots 31, 45 and 46.
Plan 12, Picketing, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-15816, and wishes to dedicate those lands as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 31, Plan 12, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-15516, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Franklin Street).
2. Those parts of Lots 45 and 46, Plan 12, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-15816, are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Franklin Street).
3. That part of Lot 46, Plan 12, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-15816, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Franklin Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of October, 1994.
