Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 117 and 118, Plan
40M-1735, Pickering as public highway (Thicket
Crescent and Valley Ridge CrescenO.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 117 and 118, Plan 40M-
I 735, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block ! 17, Plan 40M-1735, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Thicket Crescent).
2. Block 118, Plan 40M-1735, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Valley Ridge
Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17~h day of October, 1994.
