BY-LAW NUMBER 4506/94
Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforcement
Officers for certain purposes (Parking Regulation -
Ontario Condominium Corporation #11 and #2 and
Durham Condominium Corporation #32, 58, 51, 19,
52, 42 and 60.
Whereas pursuant to the provision of section 15(I) of the Police Services Act., R.S.O. 1990,
chapter Pi5, as amended, the council of any municipality or trustees of any police village may
appoint one or more municipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace officers for the
purpose of enforcing the by-laws of the municipality or police village;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. The following person is hereby appointed as municipal law enforcement officer in and
for the Town of Picketing and is hereby authorized to enter at ail reasonable times
upon lands municipally known as 1235 Radom St. - OCC #11, 1360 Glenarma Rd. -
DCC #32, 1975 Rosefield Rd. - DCC #58, 1958 Rosefield Rd. - DCC #51, 1210
Radom St. - DCC #19, 925 Bayly St. - OCC #2, 580 Eyer Dr. - DCC #52, 1915
Denmar Rd. - DCC ~42, 1310 Fieldlight Blvd. - DCC #60, in order to ascertain
whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 axe obeyed and to enforce or carry into
effect the said By-law:

2. The authority granted in section I hereto is specifically limited to that set out in section
1, and shall not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the anthodty set out in section I.
3. This appointment shall expire upon the persons appointed in section 1 hereof ceasing
to be an employee of Group 4 C.P.S. Limited or upon Group 4 C.P.S. Limited ceasing
to he an authorized agent of Ontario Condominium Corporation #11, Durham
Condominium Corporation 832, Durham Condominium Corporation #58, Durham
Condominium Corporation #51, Durham Condominium Corporation #19, Ontario
Condominium Corporation #2, Durham Condominium Corporation #52, Durham
Condominium Corporation #42, and Durham Condominium Corporation #60,
whichever shall occur first.
4. By-law 4312/93 is hereby amended by deleting Adrian Rozel as Field Supervisor.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of October, 1994.
