BY-LAW NO. 4500/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 41 and 43, Plan 40M-
I 745, Picketing (Otonabee Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 41 and 43, Plan 40M-
I 745, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 41, Plan 40M-1745, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee Drive).
2. Block 43, Plan 40M-1745, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September, 1994.
