Being a by-law to dedicate Block 66, Plan 40M-1729,
Picketing (Otonabee Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 66, Plan 40M-1729,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 66, Plan 40M-1729, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September, 1994.
