BY-LAW NO. 4494/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 42, Plan 40M-1643,
Pickering (Lamour Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 42, Plan 40M-1643,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 42, Plan 40M-1643, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Lamour Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September, 1994.
