BY-LAW NO. 4492/94
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Development Agreement between the Town and
Richard Dobbin and Nancy Dobbin respecting part of Lot
33, Range 3, B.t~C., Pickering (Part 1, 40R-6680 and
Parts 1 and2, 40R-7395).
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title a Development Agreement between the Town and
Richard Gary Dobbin and Nancy Margaret Dobbin dated June 30, 1986 and registered on January 27,
1987 as Instrument Number D240308 as the provisions of that Development Agreement have been
complied with to the satisfaction of the Town.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Development Agreement dated June 30, 1986 and registered on January 27,
1987 as Instrument Number D240308, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Richard Gary Dobbin and Nancy Margaret Dobbin.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September, 1994.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,

NANCY MARGARET DOBBIN
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions
or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an
Agreement registered as Instrument No. D240308 on Januar3, 27, 1987, between

and
RICHARD GARY DOBBIN
and
NANCY MARGARET DOBBIN
concerning part of Lot 33, Range, 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, 40R-6680 and Parts 1 and 2, 40R-
7395.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate seal
attested by its properly authorized officers this 19th day of September, 1994.
