BY-LAW NUMBER 4488/94
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 264/75 to
establish a 40 kilometer per hour speed limit on Woodview
Avenue between Pine Grove Avenue and Twyn Rivers
Drive.
WHEREAS By-law Number 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Town of Picketing; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Woodview Avenue
between Pine Grove Avenue and Twyn Rivers Drive at 40 kilometers per hour;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law Number 264/75 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
FROM TO
Woodview Avenue Pine Grove Avenue Twyn Rivers Drive
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional Municipality of
Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of September,
1994.
