BY-LAW NO. 4476/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 117, Plan 40M-1473,
Pickering (Otonabee Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 117, Plan 40M-1473,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 117, Plan 40M-1473, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Otonabee Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of August, 1994.
