BY-LAW NO. 4475/94
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 31, Plan 40M-1730,
Pickering (Seguin Square) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 31, Plan 40M-1730,
Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 31, Plan 40M-1730, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Seguin Square).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of August, 1994.
